It was provided to me to manage my carnitine levels, and so far I have not noticed any adverse effects or pain. I enjoy the efficiency because I am performing more work than previously.

I am 25 and have had 2 different jobs for the first few years. I was fine after that but was always tired and sleepy. I went to my Health care provider, who prescribed me this medication as I had Carnitine deficiency. After taking it for a week, I felt that all the power I had lost had come back, and I felt very energetic. Since then, I always take 1 tablet whenever I feel tired.
