When I say it stops bleeding, I mean it. I had surgery on my hand and the doctor gave me Cyklokapron if any bleeding started. Unfortunately, I slept on the wrong side, and my hand started bleeding. I instantly took Tranexamic, slowing down bleeding significantly until I reached my surgeon.

I usually experience heavy bleeding during menstruation, so I have been prescribed Tranexamic Acid 500mg. I take this drug thrice a day, for 5 days, when my period starts. The medication significantly reduces bleeding during monthly periods without causing any side effects.
