Propranolol is kind of only solution for so many problems. I had anxiety issue and had tremors sometime. Propranolol took care of both of them and kept my blood pressure under control. I have been on this medicine from the last 1 year and no side effects yet.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure 4 years ago, and since then, I have been on Inderal. It has been very effective in lowering blood pressure and keeping it to acceptable limits. It minimises the heart's workload by maintaining a smooth blood flow and preventing the heart and arteries from dysfunctioning. The medication has caused no side effects on me.
