I must say it is a multipurpose pain reliever. I take it for period pain, abdominal pain, and sometimes for migraines as well. It works great for every possible pain. Specially during menses, It gives me pain free week of my month. Love the product.

I usually take Mefenamic Acid 500mg pills during my menstrual cycle. The medication helps overcome the excruciating pain in the initial days of periods. I have had great success with this drug and have been using it for more than five years now without any issues.
