When I was pregnant, I was given retrovir to protect my kid from HIV infection. I never imagined this medication would actually work from the start, and neither my kid nor I experienced any difficulties during my pregnancy.

My girlfriend and I were diagnosed with HIV in 2020. My VL was above 80K, and my CD4 was 300. My condition was severe at that time, and our doctor prescribed Retrovir to us. We continued taking it for a month, and after that, we got our blood work done again. The reports stated that the VL was untraceable and CD4 was above 600. This drug has worked miraculously to save our lives.
