I have been on Zanaflex for a few months due to arthritis in my neck and back with severe muscle spasms. I take 2mg 2 times a day and it helps me sleep like a baby.

I met with a road accident last month and was suffering from excruciating pain in my lower back. The pain was such that it would not let me sit, walk or sleep. The doctor prescribed Tizanidine 2mg, and the medication brought quick relief from the above symptoms. Within four weeks, the pain was gone, and now I can walk, sleep, and carry out my daily routine without any issues.
